Own collection also available - please telephone or email for information. Large toyboxes are sent with lids detached & Wrapped separately for safety in transit and are easy to put back on.
How quickly will I receive my order?Most orders are dispatched between 2 - 3 weeks. . .
We notify you once the item has been sent either via e-mail or phone. Exceptions are the Specials, which are dispatched immediatly, as they are already finished items. (You will be notified also when these are sent).
Will my purchase look the same as the photos?You are buying something totally individual - That is the uniqueness of Fairytale Furniture...every item is bespoke and illustrations will have a few very small variations , to ensure they are completely exclusive to you."
What will my e-mail , address or phone number be used for?Only for :
1. Notification of receipt of your order.
2. Replying to any enquiries you may have.
3. Informing you of dispatch.
All your details are totally confidential to us - that is something we pride ourselves on - and will only be used for the business transaction we are conducting with you.
What if my item is damaged on arrival?We will need instant notification so that we can contact our courier. Because of the bespoke nature of our business, a replacement cannot be immediate, but it will obviously take precedence over anything else in process, and will be dealt with urgently. Return postage (both ways) will have to be paid by clients on returns due to wrong information written on the order invoice by the client .
How do I maintain the furniture?Wipe gently with a damp cloth & if necessary, diluted washing up liquid. Do not use solvents (ie: white spirit) or abrasives (ie: scouring pads or heavy duty cleaning liquids). . . as these could remove some paint. Full maintenance advice sheets are sent with each individual item. Naturally, over the years, some furniture will fade and age with use - but dents are like scars and will often have their own story to tell! We are always happy to touch-up worn artwork and can negotiate prices either by phone or e-mail. (See Contact Us)
